What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identify patterns in conversations to improve overall engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, empathetic, and professional responses in real time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams by sharing insights from customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English and an analytical approach to communication.
  • A reliable device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with stable internet access.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple live chat conversations.
  • Comfortable working independently and following structured processes.
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week.
  • Interest in customer analytics, data insights, or online behavior trends is a plus.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Hours per week: 10+ hours.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Location: Remote (United States preferred).
