We are looking for meticulous individuals who enjoy exploring new mobile and web applications and turning their observations into structured reports. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play an important role in testing app features, identifying usability issues, and recording performance data into our reporting systems. This position is fully remote and open to applicants in the United States or worldwide.
Rate
$35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and detail required for the review).
Key Responsibilities
• Test mobile and web applications for usability, design accuracy, and feature performance.
• Record findings, screenshots, and performance notes into data tracking tools.
• Identify and log errors, glitches, or inconsistencies, and verify if they can be reproduced.
• Summarize testing results into short written reports used by reviewers and blogs to evaluate app quality.
• Participate in regular feedback or update sessions to refine testing and documentation standards.
• Complete additional projects related to data collection, analysis, or content verification as assigned.
Qualifications
• No professional testing experience required; familiarity with mobile apps preferred.
• Ability to follow clear instructions and maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with spreadsheets or web-based entry systems.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to reliability in task completion.
