With the flexible, quick-thinking mindset of an entry level game tester who enjoys word scramble challenges, this role shifts that same skill into exploring everyday mobile apps. As one of our game raters, your ability to adapt, notice shifts in patterns, and spot small inconsistencies will help you assess how smoothly apps function and how intuitive they feel for typical users.
Roles: You will install assigned apps on your smartphone or tablet, navigate through all available features, and observe how well each part performs. After testing, you will write a short review describing your overall experience and mentioning any issues you found.
Requirements: You need access to at least one of the following; iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, Android Tablet.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and the detail required in your review).
Skills/background needed: Ability to download and use apps on a smartphone or tablet. Able to work independently, follow clear instructions carefully, commit at least 5 hours each week, and maintain a reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: Flexible.
