What You Will Be Doing:
- Engage in live chat conversations with business clients exploring SaaS and cloud services.
- Provide product information, highlight benefits, and guide users through solution options.
- Capture leads and document key insights from customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine campaigns and communication tone.
- Deliver clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned written responses.
Requirements:
- Excellent written English and persuasive communication skills.
- A reliable device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with stable internet access.
- Ability to multitask across multiple chat windows.
- Comfortable learning new software tools and tech concepts quickly.
- Available for at least 10+ hours per week.
Rate: $35 per hour.
