We are looking for meticulous Remote Survey Takers to conduct hands-on mobile app testing and present clear, actionable findings. The work centers on evaluating iOS and Android applications on real devices, verifying stated claims, and documenting user experience with concise review notes.
What you will be doing
- Download assigned apps to your smartphone or tablet, complete core journeys (onboarding, search, settings, notifications), and validate that features behave as described.
- Record issues with simple, reproducible steps, device/OS details, timestamps, and annotated screenshots when requested.
- Write a brief, plain‑English summary highlighting usability wins, friction points, performance observations, and accessibility considerations.
- Follow provided checklists or scripts for consistency; run light exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and unexpected states.
- Submit structured results through forms or spreadsheets using clear tags for severity, impact, and feature area.
Rate
- $35 per hour.
Requirements
- iPhone/iPad or Android phone/tablet with reliable internet access.
- Basic English writing skills and the ability to follow straightforward instructions.
Skills/background needed
- Entry‑level friendly; training, examples, and templates are provided.
- Strong attention to detail, comfort navigating new interfaces, and timely, accurate submissions.
Location
- Remote work online (United States preferred).
