Survey Representative- Remote Position

We are looking for sharp‑eyed Remote Survey Representatives to put mobile apps through their paces and translate real usage into crisp, decision‑ready insights. This role centers on hands‑on testing across iOS and Android, turning each tap, swipe, and stumble into clear notes that help teams refine what ships next.

What you will be doing

  • Install assigned apps on your phone or tablet, then trace the full journey—first‑run onboarding, settings, core tasks, alerts—to see what delights and what derails.
  • Capture issues like a breadcrumb trail: exact steps to reproduce, device/OS, time observed, and annotated screenshots when requested.
  • Write a compact field report that surfaces usability wins, friction, performance swings, and any accessibility flags in plain English.
  • Use lightweight scripts and checklists for consistency, then explore beyond the happy path to uncover edge cases and odd states.
  • File results in structured forms or sheets, tagging severity, impact, and feature area so teams can act without guesswork.

Rate

  • $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and detail required for the review).

Requirements

  • iPhone/iPad or Android device with reliable internet.
  • Basic English writing skills and comfort following straightforward instructions.

Skills/background needed

  • Entry‑level friendly with training, examples, and simple templates provided.
  • Detail‑driven curiosity, clear note‑taking, and steady, on‑time submissions.

Location

  • Remote online role (United States preferred).

Why this role

  • App‑only focus with transparent scopes and simple tooling – do the test, tell the story, move the product forward.
  • Your observations become the map: fix this, polish that, prioritize here – before the next release goes live.
